1. Nature of Services
Stepway Online Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. operates a fully digital platform for financial product distribution, wallet top-ups, and related online services. All services are delivered electronically. There is no sale, dispatch, or courier of any physical product.
2. Service Delivery & Activation
- Wallet top-ups: credited to the user's wallet automatically upon successful payment confirmation by the payment gateway.
- Plan / subscription activation: activated instantly on successful payment.
- Application submissions: processed electronically and routed to the relevant partner institution.
- A confirmation is shown on screen and/or sent to the registered email/mobile after each successful transaction.
3. Delivery Timelines
Successful payments are reflected in the user's account in real time. In rare cases where a payment is marked "pending" by the bank or gateway (for example, delayed UPI confirmation), the wallet is updated automatically once the gateway confirms the payment — typically within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours.
- If an amount is debited but not reflected after 24 hours, contact support with the transaction reference.
- Failed or unconfirmed payments are auto-reconciled, and any debited amount is returned per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. No Physical Shipment
As all services are digital, no shipping charges, courier timelines, or delivery addresses apply. Any reference to "delivery" on this platform refers solely to the electronic provision of services.
